Available from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026. Subsidy does not apply to Recertification, Reassessment, Rescheduling, or Onsite fees.
*All fees are inclusive of and subjected to prevailing GST rate. The above fees are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the outcome of the application. On-Site Fee is applicable to candidates selecting the On-Site Assessment option and includes test centre fees, invigilation fees and other administrative charges. IHRP reserve the rights to assign alternative assessment date due to unforeseen circumstances. Such change of assessment dates initiated by IHRP will not be subjected to any rescheduling fee. Upon notification of successful advancement to On-Site Assessment, the candidate is allowed thirty (30) calendar days before the date of competency assessment to change competency assessment date without incurring a fee. The rescheduling fee is chargeable thereafter.
IHRP Senior Professional (IHRP-SP)
- At least 8 years of HR experience at SP level with at least 2 years of strategic experience and 150 hours of HR-related training or education.
- Senior HR professionals leading HR department or a Centre of Excellence (CoE).

Complete Unit 4 of the AHRI Practicing Certification Programme (APC), “The Applied Project in Organisational Capability” which consists of
- A 30-week HR initiative with a work-based sponsor
- Assessment 1 (Week 7): Project Proposal
- Assessment 2 (Week 30): Work-based Report on impact
- Assessment 3 (Week 30): Learning Journal on reflections
- Supported by an Academic Coordinator and resource materials
- Note: Units 1-3 waived due to IHRP certification
