- Upon notification of the application acceptance, candidate is allowed thirty (30) calendar days before the assessment date to change competency assessment date without incurring a fee. No rescheduling is allowed five (5) days before the competency assessment date. Rescheduling fee ($109) is chargeable thereafter.

A candidate who cancels no later than five (5) calendar days before the scheduled assessment date or start date of remote assessment window will receive a full refund less $87.20 administrative fee. Any bank charges resulting from the refund will be borne by the candidate.

A candidate whose IHRP Assessment date has been confirmed, but does not reschedule, cancel, or attend the IHRP assessment will be considered a ‘no-show” and will forfeit all Assessment Fee.
- For full-time students applying for IHRP-CA certification, you will need to attach supporting proof of studentship such as:
- course transcript; or
- a letter from school stating your student status and course enrolled
- Singaporeans are eligible to utilise SkillsFuture Credit for IHRP certifications, recertification fees, and certification upgrades.

The IHRP Certified Associate (IHRP-CA™) is a certification that is designed to equip individuals with the application of HR knowledge and accelerate their readiness to take on bigger HR roles as an IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP).
You will be assessed on applying Singapore’s employment policies, legislation, and foundational HR knowledge.
