Shape the Employee Experience (Mindsets)
An 11-week hybrid programme where participants apply behavioural science to real workplace challenges. Through coaching and peer learning, they apply NP’s proprietary 4-D Behaviour Design Framework to diagnose behavioural barriers, co-create and test interventions, and measure impact using behavioural data and AI-powered tools. The programme supports the end-to-end application of behavioural insights to drive meaningful organisational outcomes.
Completion qualifies learners for the Behavioural Change and Influence (Proficient) Skills Badge. This course forms part of the Certificate in Behaviour and Nudge Design, stackable towards the attainment of the Behavioural Transformation Architect Role Badge.

Through hands-on activities, they learn and apply core behavioural frameworks, human-centred design methods, and AI-powered tools.
