2 Step Journey to Obtain Skills Badges

From the moment you start to earn Skills Badges to when you begin to apply your newfound knowledge in the real world, your journey is a rewarding one.

Enroll in a course: Browse our directory of accredited HR courses.
Get your skills assessed: Find a training provider who can validate your expertise.

After successfully completing an accredited course or validating your skills, you’ll receive your digital IHRP Skills Badge, which you can proudly display on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Skills Badges are available in three levels – Basic, Proficient, and Advanced, which are aligned with the SkillsFuture Framework for HR, supporting your continuous growth journey.

Affirm an individual’s application of skills through a post-course assessment to demonstrate understanding of concepts in this skills area.

Affirmed an individual’s competence through workplace implementation for HR skills, and through simulation for Human Capital skills, demonstrating application and impact.

Affirm an individual’s application in specific skills areas by demonstrating proof of workplace application repetition, advocacy, and an improvement of team or organisational practices.
