We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager (HRM) at Peacehaven nursing home. The HRM is a strategic leader responsible for shaping the organization's future by managing human capital effectively. This role requires a dynamic individual who can promote digital transformation, enhance employee experiences, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Peacehaven's mission and vision.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Anticipate future workforce needs and address talent gaps
Digital Transformation
- Promote the adoption of digital tools and technologies within HR processes.
- Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making
- Align HRIS strategy that seamlessly interface with MOH/AIC controlled systems
Talent Acquisition and Development
- Oversee recruitment efforts for nurses, caregivers, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Design robust onboarding programs.
- Create career development pathways and succession plans.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster positive work relationships through open communication and trust.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly.
- Execute engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
- Align performance metrics with organisation's strategic goals and objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans.
Compliance and Legal Requirements
- Stay informed about HSCA regulations specific to nursing homes in Singapore.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
Personnel Administration
- Manage employee life cycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and facilitate communication.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Candidate must possess at least 5 - 10 years of similar working experience in a mid to large-size organization with a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Team player who has initiative, strong multi-tasking ability; flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Good writing skills and interpersonal skills, meticulous and resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (intermediate/Advance level)
- Able to commence work within short notice will have added advantage
- IHRP Certification Preferred
