We began serving the medical industry in 2013, helping doctors scan medical patients to create custom-fit orthotics and prosthetics. In 2017, we expanded to enable NFL and NCAA football players to obtain custom-fit helmets. Fast forward to 2022, NetVirta’s closed deals with multiple clothing and footwear brands in North America, Europe, and Asia.

- Support and facilitate a wide range of employee engagement and welfare activities
- Promptly process applications on Applicant Tracking System, coordinate and conduct interviews
- Support in the delivery of HR tasks for all stages of employee lifecycle
- Draft social media company branding post contents
- Offer suggestions to help improve HR practices that are feasible and aligned with business needs.
- Provide support for other departmental projects and administration work as required
- Fresh graduates in Human Resources or related fields or HR professionals with relevant experience in Human Resources are welcomed to apply
- IHRP Certification preferred
- Able to commit for 4-5 months, ideally from October 2024 to January/February 2025

- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create and maintain effective relationships with all employees to build a supportive working environment.
- Motivated self-starter who is quick to adapt and work with minimal supervision
- Active and keen learner who keeps up-to-date with industry trends
