HR cum Corporate Secretary
Description

This role will require the person to have an eye for detail, is able to utilise good interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and is able to keep up with statutory regulations/requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Handle full-spectrum of HR functions including payroll, timely and accurate
    submission to the Bank, CPF and IRAS for a staff strength of 6 to 8.
  • General administrative functions and liaising with external finance service provider.
  • Maintain employee records, recruitment process and onboarding & offboarding.
  • Coordinate AGM/EGM once a year and board & committee meetings, including
    preparation/circulation of notices, agendas and minutes and manage all meeting
    logistics and administration.
  • Prepare annual submissions to Charity Portal.
  • Maintain confidentiality, comply with internal processes and procedures and safekeep
    statutory registers and records.
